    New site design launched!

    New site design launched!

    We've updated the look and feel of Jack Nicholson Online. The old design was already 4 years old, so it was time for something new. While doing this, we also took a closer look at the code. We optimized it wherever possible to provide you with a faster website and more functionality.
     
    The photo gallery, movie stills, magazine covers received a nicer sliding effect, which makes viewing the pictures even more fun. In the old website you could already add your comments to news items and movies, but in the new website you can do this also for video and audio files. Besides adding your comments, you can also view video and listen to audio within this website, rather than being directed to an external website.
    Wherever you see a photo (in news items, movies etc) you can click on it to view a much larger and better quality version of the photo. For old items these images may not be so much different, but in the future good quality photos will be available whenever possible. E.g. when you click on the photo that comes with this news item, you'll see a bigger high quality photo of Jack.
    Also on news items, video and audio pages you'll see a button to add a link to the page directly on Facebook, Twitter, Diggit etc. So it's easy to keep other fans in your social network up to date.
    We are still working on the biography page. The text there was outdated, so it needs an update, but it will take some time.

    With this new design your input remains high value to us. We hope to receive your feedback about the website. If you have ideas or remarks about the website, do not hesitate to contact us. Should you encouter errors in the website, like a broken link or incorrect information, please let us know so we can correct it.

    Also if you have photos or magazine articles about Jack Nicholson that can be useful for the website, please send them to us! You'll make us and other fans very happy with them.
